What ANC is looking for…

Someone with the experience, vision, and the sales-driven mentality to “get it.” They should be willing to jump right in with infectious energy, enthusiasm, and clarity. The ideal candidate is also passionate about our mission and sees it as an opportunity to do something different and innovative with their own career.

The ideal candidate has worked in Enterprise sales and sold new products in new markets. The candidate must also be able to efficiently & effectively collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on driving future product enhancements, maintaining project oversight, and growing the business.

The right candidate will be willing and able to…

  • Work with Product Management and Marketing to define and package VERSA for the marketplace.
  • Prospect and close VERSA sales opportunities.
  • Deliver on revenue/gross margin targets from VERSA sales with expectations of strong year-over-year growth.
  • Collaborate with our existing sales organization to bring our VERSA pitch into ongoing sales opportunities and existing pipeline of screen-first projects.
  • Work with our RFP team to help respond and deliver to leading proposals.
  • Identify and collaborate with third party channels to sell VERSA.
  • Oversee project execution with accountability for delivering on-time, on-budget, and high-quality work.
  • Manage accounts and client relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define and build the VERSA brand.

The right candidate has

  • Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience successfully selling enterprise products & services.
  • Experience in delivering (and exceeding) revenue targets.
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience for new enterprise accounts in new markets.
  • A demonstrated understanding of sales best practices.
  • Familiarity with and existing network of contacts/leads in the following industries: Hospitality, Medical, Corporate, and Entertainment.
  • Some type of experience building new channels and partners to help sell products.
  • Comfortable working in a high paced, fast-moving, quota-driven environment.
  • A natural collaborator with the ability to bring together different teams working on the same project.
  • Accountable – not afraid of setting ambitious targets and then deliver on them.
  • Entrepreneurial – point in a direction and go with ownership and purpose. Biased to action.
  • Executive Presence – a polished professional who aligns with our ‘Excellence in Everything’ mindset.
